What is cowpen flag?

Cowpens Flag is a historic American flag named after the Battle of Cowpens that took place on January 17, 1781, during the American Revolutionary War. The flag has a blue field with a white crescent in the upper right corner and nine white stars in a circle around it. The blue field symbolizes the unity and determination of patriots who fought for America's independence during the War of Independence. The white crescent is believed to represent the mark of the armed militias of South Carolina, while the nine white stars reflected the nine Southern states that fought for independence. This flag was used by American soldiers under the command of General Daniel Morgan during the War of Independence. Today, Cowpens Flag is still revered as a symbol of America's struggle for freedom and independence.
